Second year of the workshop series on biological statistics in R at RSB, ANU.

Mixed models: why, what, how?

This session introduces linear mixed models (that is, models that contain random effects and fixed effects), explain why they are useful, give practice with interpreting them, extracting parameters, and fitting different variance structures.

The tutorial is here: https://github.com/timotheenivalis/RSB-R-Stats-Biology/raw/master/05.MixedModels/ExercisesMM1.pdf

Data for exercises are here: https://github.com/timotheenivalis/RSB-R-Stats-Biology/raw/master/05.MixedModels/Data.zip

You are invited to attend the scheduled Zoom meeting.
